Cooking Classes With Renown Chef Jean-Claude Brugel at the Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel from March thru May 2005

From March through May 2005, the Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel will be offering cooking classes at its wonderful Le Deck Restaurant. Class size is intimate – 6 to 20 – participants and each class lasts two to four hours. Classes are followed by a relaxing cocktail reception, before your lunch when you sample your finished pieces de resistence!
